What data we process and why

Table bookings: name, phone number, email (if you provide it), number of guests, date and time, and any notes you add. We use them to manage and confirm your booking. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

La Tomatina Club: name, phone number and, optionally, email. We use them to manage your loyalty card, stamps and rewards. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Enquiries by phone or email: the details you give us so that we can reply. Legal basis: your consent or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods for possible liabilities.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. To provide the service we use suppliers (for example website hosting and email delivery) who act as data processors and only access data for that purpose.

Google fonts

The online booking and La Tomatina Club pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit them. The informational pages (home, menu and legal texts) use fonts hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to pizzerialatomatinabcn@gmail.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
